Bursar 3 (EIGS/BR5) – ONE POSITION
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Government financial regulations, the Financial Administration and Audit Act, accounting principles and public procurement procedures.
- Experience or demonstrated competence in budgeting, financial reporting, payroll management, financial controls and preparation of financial statements.
- Ability to manage public funds, monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with established financial procedures.
- Strong leadership, staff supervision, performance management and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and computer applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and report-writing skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
*The successful applicant will be required to comply with applicable Government financial regulations, Ministry of Education policies and the College’s established procedures.
